VolunteerWV.org is an online database that matches people who want to volunteer with organizations that need volunteers. Matches are made on the basis of interest, location, and availability. Youth Services: These programs offer volunteer opportunities working with West Virginia youth ages birth - 18. Programs include: after school programs, faith based organizations, teen courts programs, life skill development, literacy, etc.
